These terms and conditions govern the use of Kwik Tyre’s mobile tyre fitting and puncture repair services. By booking our services, you agree to these terms.

Service Description

We provide mobile tyre fitting, tyre replacement, and puncture repair services at a location specified by the customer. Additionally, all services are subject to availability and confirmation of your booking.

Bookings

• Bookings can be made online, via phone, or through our mobile application.

• Moreover, accurate details must be provided during booking, including vehicle type, tyre specifications, and location.

• Afterward, a confirmation will be provided upon successful booking after an initial deposit (the deposit will be part of the final bill).

Pricing and Payment

• The prices for services are as quoted at the time of booking.

• Furthermore, payment can be made via cash, card, or any other accepted method. Payment must be completed before or upon completion of the service.

• In addition, additional charges may apply for services outside standard hours, inaccessible locations, or unusual circumstances.

• Specifically, the call-out charge is £45 (subject to availability).

• However, the call-out charge is to be borne by the customer in case of refusal of services after the booking is confirmed.

Service Guarantee and Liability

• Our liability is limited to the cost of the service provided.

• On the other hand, we are not responsible for indirect or consequential losses, including but not limited to delays, vehicle damage, or road incidents resulting from pre-existing tyre conditions.

• Additionally, all tyres and materials supplied are subject to manufacturer warranties.

Customer Responsibilities

• First, ensure the vehicle is accessible at the agreed location and time.

• Next, provide accurate information about the tyres and any specific requirements.

• Finally, clear the surrounding area of obstructions for the technician to work safely.

Safety and Work Conditions

• Service will not be performed if conditions are deemed unsafe (e.g., hazardous weather, dangerous location).

• In addition, the customer agrees to provide a safe working environment.

Tyres and Materials

• All tyres and materials supplied are subject to manufacturer warranties.

• Moreover, any specific requests regarding tyre brands or specifications must be confirmed at the time of booking.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Subsequently, customers will be notified of significant changes.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Kingdom. Therefore, any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the United Kingdom.
